Hi there,
Yeah, this is pretty straight forward. The images can be loaded into a movieClip with an alpha of 0. When the image is loaded, the alpha of the movie clip is then tweened to 1, fading it in. fade out works the same way. When the movie clip is faded out, the image is dropped as a resource.
For the $30, I'll provide you with the code, and an explanation, to do this, and be here for any questions you have. If you want, you can also send over your fla and I'll add it in the correct sections.

The Bid amount is for the purchase of my slide - video show, which makes the transitions you want, meaning that while image 1 fades out image 2 already fades in. There are 8 transitions possible. Everything is XML controlled. The Flash file does not need to be touched.
