Flash Animation - The Secret is outposted on 31/10/2009

We need an animation in flash like the bottom of this page: [-domain blocked-]/garysgreattrips/
I needs to have locations like town, cities, pubs, clubs, Gym's, countryside, etc... It would be the feature for a new product launch we are trying out. The picture of Gary on the bike would be replaced with a can (like a redbull can) with wheels and that would drive throught the locations like on the "Walkers Crips page". Now if someone out there has a better creative idea then great!
We would also want a map location widget on the page to show the locations (in the UK) of the "Secret". Then this would be put together on a page that lists the locations that change every week where the "Secret" will be sold.
Along with a possible Flash "brain training" style game that allows the player to log a comment after playing would be good. (We have our own webserver with php and MySql to record the comments and feedback.)
We know how much we can approximately afford, so please add price quotations (guess-timates) to your replies.
